Kate Schrum, MSW

Headshot of therapist Kate SchrumKate helps clients focus on their needs and explore answers to their big questions. She works with them to better understand themselves and the ways they relate to others and the world. She and her clients co-create a brave and affirming space, grounded in self-compassion, where clients can tap into their unique strengths and gifts, and build a more authentic, joyful life.

Clients may have painful experiences they need to process or be carrying the weight of grief on their shoulders. They may have conflict in their relationships that leaves them feeling isolated, misunderstood, or hurt. They may feel overwhelmed, stressed, and ready to crumble under the weight of perfectionism.

Regardless of where clients are coming from, Kate believes everyone’s story is important and she creates an environment where clients feel supported in who they are.
