Have you been wishing to feel more grounded, more resilient, less emotionally reactive? Have you been longing for structure, support, and community to help you create new habits for self-care? Are you looking to take care of your energy in new ways?

Join us for a daily morning practice group to strengthen your inner reserves and begin or expand the habit of checking in with your core self.  Diane Hilleary will guide the meditations, combining elements from Mindful Self-Compassion, Internal Family Systems and Reiki energy healing. Through this daily practice group you will improve your ability to

  • Tune in to yourself
  • Practice gratitude
  • Feel more grounded
  • Be kinder to your thoughts and feelings
  • Listen to your inner wisdom

Practicing mindfulness, self-kindness, and gratitude daily is transformative. We know that research shows that these practices will help us find more ease and resilience AND YET we aren’t practicing regularly.  Tune Into You will offer you a chance to begin your day by checking in with yourself, grounding and clearing your energy, noticing your needs, and being more intentional about honoring them and meeting them. Together we will create a space for you to breathe, settle, and connect with encouragement, structure, and community.

Let’s meet together daily Monday through Friday and practice deeper attunement and care for ourselves. The truth is the more we care for our own nervous system and unmet needs, the more we have to offer our people.

There is so much wisdom, genuine caring and compassion – it is a place where I feel accepted, no matter how I show up. I think the intention is to create a space where everyone feels free to share their truth without fear of judgment. And I believe with Diane’s wonderful guidance and vision she has manifested that. I am amazed at her ability to lead a meditation each morning from her heart. And she makes it clear that we take what we want and leave the rest. I truly feel blessed to be part of this group.

Daily Practice: Diane Hilleary will lead a 20+ minute guided meditation with different prompts and skills each day including grounding, energy clearing, self-compassion, tending to emotions, working with thoughts, gratitude, working with judgments, radical acceptance and so much more. After each practice, the group debriefs for 5-10 minutes. This part is not recorded. There is a strong feeling of warmth and support among group members!
