Here is what to expect when you reach out to us:
We will schedule a 15 minute phone consultation free of charge. We will ask you a little bit about what is bringing you to therapy so we can understand your needs and determine how we can help.
We will also answer any questions you have about our center or about therapy in general. You can find some of this information on our FAQ page.
The next step will be to schedule your first session. During this session, we will ask you a lot of questions about what is going on in your life and what goals you have for therapy. We will also ask about key details from your past. We will use the first few sessions to continue to get to know each other and settle on your initial goals for therapy. Then we will help you achieve them.
