DBT for Women
DBT skills groups will assist you in gaining the coping skills you need to take control of your life. Are you struggling with impulsive behaviors and emotional ups and downs? DBT will teach you how to manage the emotional roller coaster, tolerate the challenges of life and improve your relationships with others. DBT includes four modules: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Distress Tolerance and Emotion Regulation. We cover all four modules in a 6 month time frame.
The group meets on Monday evenings from 6-8:30 and enrollment is ongoing.
